How We Ship Your Order
We want your order to reach you as quickly and safely as possible. Here's everything you need to know about how we handle delivery at NovaEx.
Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after confirmation. If you place an order on a weekend or public holiday, it will be processed the next working day. You will receive a confirmation message once your order is dispatched.
Delivery Timeframe
We deliver to all major cities and towns across Pakistan. Estimated delivery times are:
- All major cities: 3 to 5 business days
- Remote or smaller towns: 5 to 7 business days
These are estimates. Occasional delays can happen due to courier load or weather conditions, but we'll always keep you informed.
Shipping Charges
A flat shipping fee applies at checkout
Cash on Delivery
COD is available on every order, nationwide. You don't pay anything upfront. Your payment is collected only when the order arrives at your door. We know trust takes time to build, and COD is our way of making sure you never have to take a risk ordering from us.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, we will share your tracking number via WhatsApp or SMS. You can use this to check your delivery status directly on the courier's website.
Courier Partners
We ship through trusted courier services including TCS and PostEx. The courier assigned to your order depends on your location and availability at the time of dispatch.
